Hailing from Jamaica, I moved to New York, before I could even walk.

After graduating from a conservatory for acting, I realized another passion of mine was helping people look and feel better. What began as a personal curiosity, became a deeper journey into redefining what it means to be well.

That same curiosity is what inspired a move across the Atlantic to the city of Lisbon, where I found a land rife with tradition and authenticity. Fertile ground to cultivate a culture of consciousness.

With over a decade of experience and certification from the National Academy of Sports and Medicine, I endeavor to bring expertise and purpose to everything that I do.
